We are looking for a self-motivated Ruby on Rails developer with fast progression to a Lead role once familiarity with the code base has been established. This is for a Virtual Engagement Platform. They are doing great things in the Medical industry at a time when the need has never been greater. The company has just received extra funding of $100 million for the rapid growth that is happening, so it is a great time to be joining and grow with the organisation.

Salary range $110-$140K

Skills Required:

• At least 5 years Ruby on Rails experience
• Front-end experience with HTML
• MySql expertise
• Full Stack experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organised, patient, thorough and above all a team player with Empathy

Responsibilities:

• Support team members with code reviews and collaboration
• Meet with Engineers that report to you
• Help employees identify skill gaps and help them to fill in those gaps with training
• Assist SVP of Engineering with hiring roles on the team
• Provide guidance and input toward team members development projects
• Contribute to the code base through projects, tickets and architecture guidance
• Identify areas of improvement in processes and documentation and oversee those tasks to completion
